HIGH SCHOOL

Ms. Shehab runs workshops at various Islamic schools whereby she reaches out to teenagers embarking upon their own career journeys. She motivates them, by way of sharing her spiritual journey, struggles, failures, persistence and successes.  She endeavours to equip them with the necessary tools they will need to give their careers the edge through Quran and Sunnah.

She reinforces and encourages them to appreciate that their Islamic Principles work with them, not against them in their quest for a ‘successful’ life.  She empowers them with the fact that being Muslim is THE VALUED ASSET in their lives and in it is where true SUCCESS lies.

45 MINUTES to 90 MINUTES  catering for each year level – 7&8, 9&10, 11&12.

PRIMARY

Ms. Shehab shares becoming an Author. Importance of reading and enhancing your writing skills for all aspects of life. Practice makes perfect.

• Teaches them to explore their talents and use their imagination.
• Offers them websites to enter online writing competitions.
• Encourages them to use their imagination.
• Islamic story telling – question and answer time.
• Group activities includes a few minutes for them to come up with little story – oral presentation by students.
• How to develop idea, drafting, editing, sequencing, reading it over and over and finally, Final Copy.
• Author has to guide illustrator, printers etc.,
• Relevant materials and stories for appropriate age group.

45 minute session – Usually prep on own. Grade 1&2, 3&4 and 5&6.
